2008
Named after the migratory
bird from the northern
hemisphere which visits
the Thorn-clarke vineyards
annually. Smooth to sip and
difficult to put down, the
wine is clean and crisp with
an impressive length of
delicious fruit. Lots of pear
and tropical fruit characters
here that linger long.
Thorn-Clarke Wines shows a lot of respect for
the diversity the Barossa has to offer and has
subsequently developed four vineyard sites
to capitalise on this, two within the cool climate Eden Valley and two within
the warmer Barossa floor. The Thorn-Clarke family has a long history in the
